Students will be bringing home start-of-school forms on Monday or Tuesday this week.  The forms -- excluding the verification form (blue) -- are also attached here for your convenience in case you need to translate them.  Please return the completed forms to your teacher by Thursday, September 19th and pay the school fees on SchoolCashOnline by Friday, September 27th.  Thank you!
